Timoleague Abbey in West Cork reflects perfectly in the calm waters of the Argideen river estuary as night falls. Timoleague abbey was founded in 1240 A.D by the Franciscan order and was built on the site of a monastic settlement founded by Saint Molaga in the 6th century.
