A wider view of the Abbey at Timoleague in West Cork as reflects in the calm waters of the Argideen river estuary on a calm evening. Timoleague abbey was founded in 1240 A.D by the Franciscan order and was built on the site of a monastic settlement founded by Saint Molaga in the 6th century.
